It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home

Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything.
