It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They did such a fantastic job. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

Definitely! They had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen!

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

Yes, they need to clean or sterilize their facility more

No. I still haven't talked to them.

No, they didn't even have any magazines to read

Not if my life depended on it

No. It took me several times to get through.

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They are available for emergency appointments. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

I sent two of my older teenage children to this office several times and tried to ignore the rudeness of the receptionist each time. My son had been told he had seven cavities so I asked to speak to the dentist about it. Even though there were no xrays taken for this diagnosis, I was basically convinced that it was valid and ready to proceed with treatment when I was accosted by the receptionist. She very rudely reprimanded me like a wicked stepdhild because apparently my son had missed an appointment I knew nothing about. I decided then I had to change dentists - life is too short to tolerate excessive and unnecessary rudeness.

Dr. Laws has been my family dentist for decades. He is a very personable doctor, who treats his patients with undivided attention and professionalism. He always makes visits pleasant experiences (despite the fact that you are at the dentist). :)
