They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Drs Rice and Rice appear to be caring and compassionate people and professionals. The key word being APPEAR. It seems to me as if their #1 priority is the money in their pocket at the end of the day. They cater to the wealthy and the well insured. Local self employed and non or poorly insured customers do not receive care unless they can pay in advance (even with a history of excellent credit) and they also receive horrible emergency care even if the patient is willing to pay and is in great pain. It appears as if the Drs. would prefer us to go somewhere else because they know we are not insured....and they refuse to make any concessions on treatment alternatives that may be less expensive albeit not the preferred long term treatment. Our economy is in the toilet - one would expect a small local business to be a little more community minded and support other small business owners in their neighborhood. My review is based on my personal experiences and I must admit that when times were better and we had more money and better insurance the service was excellent.
