Dr. Taheri is our most favorite doctor in the world. My daughters and I drive all the way from Winchester and are extremely happy patients. The staff are very friendly and the whole office is very well run. I would recommend them to everyone.

The Orthodentist, dentist, and almost all of the staff are always and have been very nice and helpful most of the time. This great experience ended today. I am so disappointed. This is the first time i have seen this assistant. When i she came and ready to work on me i said "Hi ! Seems busy today!" to her, she ignored me. I thought you know she did not hear me. Then, when she about to start she pushed hard on my lips and open them. she started yanking, pulling, and pushing on my braces and they hurt. While she is doing that she had not said a single word to me not even explaining what she's about to do.. this lady has a very very very poor communication and zero on patient care. I might be the last person on the schedule for the day and this person my is tired but i don't deserve to be treated that way. Unforntunately, i still have to go back and finish my ortho. Other than that everyone is very helpful and nice Just this particular person and hoping she will not take care of me anymore..

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office is in an office park, & that was easy enough to find, although the first time I went I had to drive around in the office park until I found their office. My experience was so positive that my husband, mother-in-law, and now 10 YO son also go.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. All the equipment at this office seems fairly current and safe. It's definitely not top-of-the-line though.

Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. It's very reassuring to know that they are recommended by other dentists. It gives me confidence that I'm going to a professional.
