I was hoping they would give me an invoice, and they eventually did, but it took a very long time. They definitely should have gotten it to me quicker. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. There's been quite a few times where I've been on my way to my appointment, and they've called me to postpone it. It's not all the time, but it's still annoying. I went there to have my teeth examined, and instead they barely even looked at my teeth. I had barely opened my mouth when they told me they were finished examining them. I'm afraid they might have missed a few cavities. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag.
