They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Best dental practice I've ever used.

Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
