I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Really like their personalities, too!

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information
