The office is clean, but that has no bearing on the quality of dental work being performed or the fact the staff does an awful job of relaying your cost of dental work. Once the work is performed they come back and tell you you owe substantially more than initially quoted. Their reason is "your insurance company didn't pay what we expected". How is that possible? Don't they know what their costs are and what your insurance will pay? If not, they should check before the work is performed. My advice, find a dentist that will stand behind their quote of your cost for your upcoming work. This one will not!
