They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
The dentist made my experience even more scary he didnt bother to make me feel comfortable and to add to it.. he poked my gums with his forceps and its started bleeding and he was not even apologetic and did not even give me time to recover from the shock. It was a traumatic experience!!
When he realized i was not keen on cosmetic surgery he kept insisting that i should do it for beauty reasons. When I refused he refused to offer me the dental clean up too.. But he has a very nice office staff who called me back and got me my clean up and then she explained to me certain ways to take care of my teeth. The doctor is no good. Visit office only for the staff.. and pray for your life while you are sitting on that dental chair.

These people will convince you that you need things you don't in order to charge you more, and reveal at the last minute that the insurance only covered a tiny portion of it. For me it was just a very expensive night guard that feels inferior to the cheap one I got off the supermarket. But I also know a girl who was told that she had nine cavities!!! She is like 12 and I'm scared to even think what would've happened if her mom hadn't gone to a more qualified dentist for a second opinion. She only had 3 cavities! As if that wasn't enough, the receptionists were extremely rude, as if my mere presence offended them. At first I thought maybe I smell really bad but then I saw they're just like that to everyone except each other. It would seem they get paid to socialize and play on the computer so when you interrupt them, they treat you like crap.

the gave me false examination!!!!!!! saying that i have 11 cavities which they charge 200$ each! but after i went to 2 other dentists they told me i had only 2 cavities! THEY JUST WANTED MONEY!!!!!!!!!! stay away from them, especially from the Russian guy Ovchernko. Customer service is also aweful! The girl at the front desk was playing on facebook for 10 minutes before she noticed me! terrible!!!!!

I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They did such a fantastic job. Thanks to the hygienist, Khan
