I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly.

I was in a little too much pain when I left my appointment. I was able to bear it, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. After some initial coolness, they appear to have warmed to me. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure.
