They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.
