The only complaint I have is that I think they try to upsell too much for products I can't afford and don't absolutely need. When he first took over the practice, the first thing he wanted to do was replace all my kids' silver fillings with procelain. The silver was working fine, but he made it sound like this was an urgent need when it wasn't. I felt like he was only pushing it because he knew we had insurance to cover it.
