Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable
Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure?
No, but I was able to read a magazine
Was the dental equipment clean?
Yes
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Everyone has heard my raves already about this dentist. They are so amazing, I just want the world to know! I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They did such a fantastic job. My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
