If you are needing a dentist to offer a payment plan this is not the dentist for you! When I first went to Dr. Packard's office they never advised me of pricing and that they didn't offer payment plans, they only informed me of this until after I had work already done. Their service fees are worse than any credit card I have ever had. I had also scheduled an appointment with the office to have a tooth checked and they never informed me that they wouldn't offer any further services until my bill was paid completely. The lied to me and made me waste my own time and had me lose money from taking time off work.

I would not recommend this office to anyone and am now going to find a new dentist.

There are a lot of dentists in this area of Roy, but Dr. Packard and his staff are so caring and professional that I feel lucky I found him. Very highly recommended.
