I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

I travel over 30 miles one way to have Dr. Jackson be our family dentist, it is worth the drive. There are a lot of other dentists between our home and his office but I feel he is the best for our family. He is good with all my children-they all feel comfortable and safe in his care. His staff is friendly and professional. He took great care today to diagnosis a problem I was having and I feel confident in our dental treatment plans with Dr. Jackson.

My whole family now goes to Dr. Jackson. Gentle and great bedside manner. I have a son that we have had to sedate with another dentist to get his dental work done (sedation dentistry) in the past. Dr. Jackson calmed him with no sedation, filled his cavities without any objection. He is no longer afraid. Saved us a lot of money and risk not needing to sedate. Will be a long term customer.

I have found Dr. Jackson to be very understanding, patient, and thorough with his work. He is personable and gentle with his treatment. His staff are friendly and his office is clean and comfortable. I would recommend this office to anyone!
