All my life I have had fear of dentists. As a young child I had several teeth pulled and braces on twice. From 1st grade through 11th I had appointment after appointment. Once the braces were done, I only wanted to go see a dentist for necessary cleanings and checkups. When I was told by my hygenist I would need to see an endodontist,I froze. Little did I know what a great experience I was in for. A friend of a friend recommended him, so I decided to check it out. I admit that I shopped around first before scheduling my appointment (which was super easy. they were very accommodating) Dr. Jenson is not the cheapest, which I have learned from my dentist is a great thing. Cascade endodontics is NOT a root canal factory. They didn't shove me in, do a mediocre at best number on my mouth and push me out of the office. They made me feel like I was the only patient they had and slowly walked me through the procedure beforehand. The cost was very reasonable and competitive. Just not dirt cheap. The staff was sweet and helpful, they had plenty of fabulous reading material (silly, I know, but it's always good to have some great magazines)and these awesome glasses to wear and watch a movie with. Dr. Jenson himself has a great personality and I can tell is a details kind of guy (which he should be!). He called me later that night to check on me and see how I was feeling. WOW! I was beyond impressed. THANKYOU DR JENSON! I recommend him to ANYONE and everyone!

I went to see Dr. Jenson for my root canal and it was absolutely the best experience - if you can even say that about dental work. I read the previous review and all I can say about that person is they must have a very bitter attitude about everyone and everything. Dr. Jenson was so kind and considerate and his staff was very understanding of me and my pain. I was in a lot of pain and they were able to see me the same day, even though I didn't have a standing appointment. The procedure went very smoothly. As far as payment went I was told before any treatment was started what I would need to pay and what my insurance estimate was, and I felt it was extremely reasonable. His staff is extremely competent and professional, his office is beautiful, and Dr. Jenson himself is an amazing doctor. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I was referred to Dr Jon Jensen by another dentist- saying he could do my root canal. It wasn’t till after Dr Jensen was putting a temorary filling on that I was verbally told that Jenson could not complete the entire root canal. I would have to go to another dentist to have it finished. While Jenson’s nursing staff put laughing gas on me they then asked me to fill out the paperwork for a credit card in order to pay for the work he was doing. I felt rushed and pressured to fill it out so I did- horrible mistake! Then I began getting harassing phone calls from their credit card company saying I owed them money- I hadn’t even received a bill yet!?! Later I find out while writing the information down (while under laughing gas) I wrote a number wrong for my address. When I called to correct the error- they wanted to charge me $40 for late fees. This really upset me since I never once got a bill- just multiple harassing phone calls. This was the worst experience I have ever had in my life- I dont think anyone's time is worth a $1000 a hour! I felt like I was robed! My insurance paid some and I paid the amount due on the credit card. I thought this nightmare was done- and began looking for another dentist to finish the work. Then several months later I receive another bill saying I owed more because they quoted me wrong the first time... ridiculous!!!! I do not recommend him!
