They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They've always been courteous and friendly. I started with Dr. Pincock 6 years ago and would not go anywhere else, even though there is a dentist across the hall from my office.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

No, I was in a little pain but it wasn't excessive

Somewhat, they eventually called me back

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Absolutely! It was the perfect temperature
