They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It was the worst that I have seen, and I left without being worked on. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need. It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable.

I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are extremely comfortable. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.This office is fun and enjoyable to visit.

Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. After my appointment, I was looking forward to being able to choose my favorite toothpaste or toothbrushes to take home but instead I was handed a couple of samples and rushed out the door. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. The fillings and crowns I got only lasted a couple of weeks. They didn't do a very good job putting them on.
