Dr. Ferrell is very thorough and his staff is wonderful and friendly. Dr. Ferrell found problems that other dentists were not able to see. I had pain, but only Dr. Ferrell was able to locate the source. He doesn't do unnecessary work either. If he can't find the reason he'll either have you wait to see if symptoms continue or refer you to a specialist. He's a great, friendly, thorough doctor and I never have a long wait to see him.
