They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. The chairs in their waiting room were pretty average. They weren't top-of-the-line but weren't uncomfortable either. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. The front desk/reception is very rude and very unprofessional was told they would no longer accept our insurance, and we found out later that they still do. they are lazy and rude!!!!
