Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

I have a son and daughter who are both 15. Both my children needed braces. I live in Palestine, so we found an orthodontist locally for my daughter. I was completely dissatisfied with the care, the patient confidentiality, and the organization of the office. When it was time for my son to have braces I found the next closest orthodontist who was in Tyler, Dr. Lane.
From the first time I walked in the office I loved it. The staff he has chosen is fabulous! Karen is exceptional in dealing with any concerns or problems. Dr. Lane is very informative and great with teenagers. The office hours are really accommodating, especially since we live in Palestine. My son's appointments are usually at 5 or 6 in the evening and we are done in 15 minutes with little or no wait. I love the fact he doesn't have to miss any school for his appointments after the braces were applied. I received more information from Dr. Lane with my son then I ever received from the orthodontist in Palestine. My son claims Dr. Lane and the dental assistants are extremely gentle. I have recommended Dr. Lane to two other people and they are extrememly satified with him as well.
