They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.

Beware Kenneth Griffin as they charge an office visit charge (not covered by insurance) and default to porcelain fillings for back molars (also not covered by good insurance). So, if you have money to burn, Kenneth is your man.
