They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. Everyone has heard my raves already about this dentist. They are so amazing, I just want the world to know! I have been to other dentists that are very pushy, but not so here! Knowledgeable and NOT at all pushy. Great experience!

I had the misfortune of being scheduled on the day Dr. Southerland was taking off for his Christmas holiday. He seemed rushed and his work showed. I had resin applied to fill cavities in my front teeth, but the very next day a portion of it had splintered causing a great deal of pain to my gums. After the holiday, I called back expecting the same great customer service. But to my surprise, I never got a chance to tell her, she was much to concerned with the payment I had not made. I was rudely rushed off the phone, only instructed to wait for Dr. Southerland to personally call. I never received this call and a few days later I got another bill that showed what I owed circled in pencil by the Dr. Now a collection agency had informed me that i have 3 days or it will kung fu my credit score. Thanks Dr. Southerland!
