They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Not only did the crowns, fillings, and veneers I got last for a long time, they lasted way longer than they were supposed to. It was great not having to go in and get them redone all the time. I could tell that they did a fantastic job putting them in.

I always have a good experience here. Dr. Strickland never makes you feel like you're insignificant. He always has taken time to make small talk with me. With that being said, sometimes he takes awhile to get to you :) It's not bad though. I'm normally in and out for a cleaning in about an hour.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle. I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are extremely comfortable. I almost fell asleep waiting for the dentist- thats how relaxed I was.
