I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. My dentist did, however, spray water on my exposed tooth and when I cried out, she had the nerve to ask me if it hurt! I had paid in advance for all of the services I was going to need, but after that incident, I never went back. I have been calling their office to get a refund of the over $400 I paid them and have not received a phone call back and they don't answer the phone any of the times I have called. I have left numerous messages. I will keep trying to get my money back but will never return for treatment there.

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely.

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.

Went there because my husband had had good luck with them. I called for a cleaning appointment. I had to wait about 20 mins, they did a full set of xrays and then the hygenist came in. She checked my teeth and created a "treatment plan." I did not get my teeth cleaned but was shuffled to the girl who would tell me what this plan was going to cost me and what the insurance would pay. When I asked why I did not get my teeth cleaned she looked at the hygenists schedule and told be she was to booked to clean my teeth. I don't live in SA so I wasted 4 hours. I will not go back. I think they are more interested in what your insurance will pay for, and selling you teatment plans, than taking care of peoples mouths and teeth.
