Dr. Reddy and her team provided service to both of my children. All team members were always courteous and professional! They provided convenient payment options, which were greatly appreciated as I was paying for two sets of braces at the same time. I could always get in to the office anytime there was an emergency. In one instance, in which the office was closed for a holiday, Dr. Reddy came into the office to assist us with a concern. This was a great relief to us and provided us even greater confidence in our selection of Dr. Reddy as our orthodontist. Additionally, the staff was consistent...no changing of nurses or staff constantly or rotation of team members to other offices. You were always provided service by the same reliable and experienced team members! We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Reddy and her team!

I was referred to VK Orthodontics by my regular dentist. I can say that Dr. Reddy and all of her staff treated me with the utmost respect and caring. I was always promptly seen and never felt rushed through an appointment. I was able to walk on and be seen when I had a difficulty with my braces. I highly recommend VK Orthodontics.

When I first went to VK Orthodontics they gave me a warm welcome. I cant thank them enough for my perfect smile and i appreciate that so much. Dr. Reddy and her staff we very nice to me and my family. I never had to be afraid on them messing up. They are also patient, extremely nice, and just good people you have to get to know. The staff there is nice and they will love to talk to you. Trust me they are the best at what they do.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. The staff is so caring and sweet and they love getting to know every patient. I would highly recommend Dr. Reddy!

My daughter Shelby loves going to her ortho appointments. Dr. Reddy and her staff are so wonderful. I am so happy we chose Dr. Reddy. They are very
helpful in scheduling appointment times so Shelby does not miss too much
school and that is not always easy. Dr Reddy has even stayed late to see Shelby when one of her brackets have broken off and the staff had all gone home for the evening. We truly appreciate everything!!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They seemed to be an expert in every type of braces. They fully explained the advantages and disadvantages of everything from metal braces to Invisalign. Very clean, beautiful, professionial facility.
