Not really, they've recommended a few things I don't need

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort.

I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. I keep records of all my dental procedures, so I appreciated them giving me an invoice right when I asked. They are very organized and professional. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
