I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients.

Everyone has heard my raves already about this dentist. They are so amazing, I just want the world to know! I wasn't given any sort of payment plan or fee information before they went ahead and scheduled my treatment. I had no idea how much I should expect to pay. They didn't give me any sort of financial information until long after my procedure was already finished. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.
