I found Beach Dental on the internet. I made an appt. but told them I had dental anxiety and needed nitrous oxide. That was fine. I gave them my insurance over the phone. A few days prior to my appt., the appt. was confirmed and I reminded them of the huge need for nitrous oxide. I also asked if I would need any money up front. She called me back after checking and she said NO. They call me back, put me in the dental chair, put the bib on me, I keep requesting gas, as I am feeling the anxiety building. The doctor walks in, says NOTHING...I ask for gas. the hygiensit asks questions that I had already filled out on a questionnaire. I continue to ask for gas. The hygienist then says she is going to turn on the gas. They leave me sitting there for several minutes.....of course, I start to panic and tears start falling. If you don't have anxiety, then you simply don't understand. This comes from something when I was a young child. Anyway, the office lady comes in and says that I now owe money for the gas and that the insurance won't pay. I told her that I had already asked her to check that. I got up and left. Never, ever again!!!! You know, I don't care why they did it....IT WAS WRONG. They do not care about their patient's.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.
Went to Nguyen for years but over time his attitude has become very narrow and difficult. To the point of grumpy. I became distrustful of his recommendations. I have changed over the last 6 months. Won't go back.
The attitude change seemed to coincide with the new building he moved into/built?? Not sure what happened here.
