Brite Smiles overcharged us by purposefully using the incorrect insurance code which stands for an Emergency Visit / Broken Appointment. After our insurance contacted Brite Smiles, our insurance verified that this was an incorrect code and that we are due a refund from Brite Smiles, and that we should file a complaint if the refund is not granted from Brite Smiles. Results pending...unsure what the office will do at this point, but needless to say we are Not Happy.
