First of all, your generic answers are put through software that provide a rather bizarre and positive spin on your review. Absolutely Orwellian. I erased that response. Who on earth cares about the chairs in the waiting room compared to if the dentist & office are competent? All I can say positively is that the staff & dentist were very pleasant. The dentist declared my broken tooth did not need a root canal. Turned out it did (as I was still in pain). This time I was referred to an Endodontist - just had the r.c. yesterday, so don't know if it's ok. But this office is terribly disorganized. They called me for appointments that the dentist cancelled, they didn't send any of my info. over to the other office (or the x-ray, so I had to pay extra for more of the same tooth). Seriously, I would NOT go back except they have the crown I need put on - after insurance this adventure has already cost 1600. My family was aghast at how much it cost for a root canal. Do not go here - my insurance through UNT only officers Monarch dental and someone out of town. I'm going out of town next time.

I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business.

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me

No, they didn't wear any cologne

Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment

Not really

Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!
