Not really, it was a little uncomfortable

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.
