Being a Receptionist myself the Receptionist at Lovett Dental has a wonderful,cheerful, and caring personality. And most of all welcoming . All the staff there have been nothing but wonderful. Very caring to my needs. My dentist Dr.Anthony Gonzalez whom I love that he's a perfectionist truly went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and at ease and to reassure me that my dental work was done to perfection!! I knew I was in good hands the moment I heard that he was a perfectionist!!! The staff always greeted me with a smile and made me feel that they would give 100% and more to taking care of my needs. I look forward to continue getting my dental care thru Lovett Dental because there.... I know I'm in good hands all around. What more can I ask for!! Personally I hate going to any Dentist period!!! But there, they aim at putting you at ease and treating you with the utmost care.

They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. I used my one time insurance-paid xrays to eventually schedule a teeth cleaning for them to put me on hold for over 30 mins, I had to hang up, call back just for them to tell me they don't have a hygienist & can't do teeth cleaning at all! Dont know why I wasn't told that 1st time I mentioned it., thanks for wasting my time and insurance money!! I was furious I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back.
