This place has a great dentist, Dr Barnet, altough somehow it cost me over 2000$ on two of my visits... and thats with insurance... I dont know why it would ever cost that much money for a deep root cleaning and cavites, they sat me in the room because I left and the lady comes up with that amount.. and they did the same thing to three other people while I was there... I just think it should be cheaper!!!! this comment is kinda pointless but whatever lol

The staff is friendly and good service HOWEVER the front office and billing is a nightmare! They do not properly file and followup with insurance I have been dealing with a billing issue since 2010 and every time I go in it comes up, I explain, the assure it's taken care of and then rebill me for it and I spend an hour explaining and the credit the account over and over. Today my husband goes in with a referral card and $50 off they not only do not apply the coupon but they charge him for the incident they from 2010 that should have been cleared up 5 visits ago. I give up and we will not be back.

The dentist is professional, however his office manager and staff lack the skills to provide accurate insurance information and often provide less than good customer service. After numerous conflicts with office staff, I will not be a returning patient.

The staff was not helpful and both the hygienist and dentist were extremely rude. I will be going to another dentist in the future and would never recommend to my friends/family that they visit this dentist. Their staff was condescending and negative, and I left in a terrible mood. The visit was physically and emotionally uncomfortable. My teeth are clean, however I was entirely disappointed in the visit.
