They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I have been going to them for years. I now live in Tyler & will continue to make the 2-1/2 hr. drive to get that great quality of care! I tried a couple of local dentists but Dr. Coston & his staff just can't be beat!

Was the dental equipment clean?
Absolutely! It looked brand new

Yes, I received sample toothbrushes and toothpaste
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort.

No, but I was able to read a magazine
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene?
Definitely! They had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen!
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!
