Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

The staff is horrible. They walk in late looking like they just crawled out of bed and have the nerve to have an attitude because you mad an appt and they arrived late...not you...but the employee!!! They are unprofessional and the office smells of sewer!! Now is this where you want to have your mouth cleaned? Just because many of your patients are on TN care does not mean they have to be treated with disrespect and unconcerns!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC!!!

They offered to pick my children up and drop them off at school afterwards so that I wouldn't have to miss any work which I thought was great! They didn't get picked up until 9:45 for a 9:00 appt. They then called me at 3pm to tell me my kids wouldn't be going to school. Their office closes at 5 and at that time they still had not brought my children home and no one was answering the office phone anymore. At 530 I went and picked my children up myself with no explanation from staff,only a "sorry" and we need to finish your son in 2 weeks.(they had all day and had done nothing but a half ass cleaning) Upon examining my kids, their teeth did not look clean and my daughter stated that she cried the entire time from pain. 4 days later she was still complaining of pain,soreness, and trouble chewing. When I looked closer( where no work should have even been done) there were pockets of infection on both jaws with puss coming out. I called the office to tell them and the lady ask "do you want us to pick her up tomorrow and bring her in?" HELL NO!! NEVER AGAIN!! please don't ever go here! We will gladly be going back to Smiley dental associates off of Charlotte Ave.
