I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I live in Crossville and travel all of the way to Murfreesboro because of Dr. Sheats. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current.
