They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. Everyone has heard my raves already about this dentist. They are so amazing, I just want the world to know! When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They did such a fantastic job.

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted fantastic. It was one of the best I've ever tasted. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They have super high tech equipment with which I was really impressed and they made sure I could follow everything they were doing through camera's, tv screens, and mirrors.

Dr. Smith has been my dentist for most of my life and I have always felt my safety is his number one priority. Furthermore, even in the event of a dental emergency he makes time for me and understands my needs. He has preformed both major and minor work for me and I have always been pleased with the results. I have recommended Dr. Smith to many of my friends/family and they all have agreed that his service is second to none.
As for MC’s review; I have often wondered about the intelligence of someone who can not proof read what they have written. It seems to me if a "M.D." is going to take time out of their day to sit down and write an extensive bad review, they would at least take time to notice their many grammatical errors. I would not trust MC's review.

I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I did not feel safe . I was scared that something was going to go wrong and it did. I went there for veneers and he did not take xrays prior to doing so. He filed my teeth down to the root which throbbed for months afterwards. I have since required a root canal on one of them (within one year of his work) because they were filed down so much. One of my other veneers feel off 6 months after being placed (they are suppose to stay on for 5-10 years). He had to file down the veneers on their surface so you can see the filings on the teeth-which after seeing many dentist to fix his mess, I have found out you are not suppose to do. Being an M.D. myself, I feel this doctor was very neglectful in my care and would strongly suggest going to another dentist for your care. i would not treat my patients like he has treated me and hope no one else has dealt with this neglect. I was young, prior to medical school, when I went to this dentist. Wish I would have known better at the time.

They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients. They are very fair with prices and payments. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. More than all of that, Dr. Smith is a very caring person who helped me keep my teeth when I had some very critical issues. He worked with me and fixed my problems while teaching me a better way to prevent further decay.
