. The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous.. I paid for two upper partials in a year and half, close to a thousand dollars and each time before he put them in my mouth he dusted them with poligrip powder and asked me how do they fit, then wanted to charge me 300. bucks for adjustments, He filed my bottom teeth down so they would fit, a couple of my teeth are ground down almost to the gums and the tops of my teeth are stained dark brown because of the filing I am 83 and I think he thought I was to old to notice I suffer every day, can not chew food, just put them in for cosmetic purposes, I went to him 20 yrs, and for him to treat me with disrespect as this.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
