Upon going to this dentist I was informed of a lot of work that I had to have done to replace "old work". Coincidentally, it was also the most recent work that had been done by my previous dentist of 5 years. Does not seem too trustworthy. On top of that, the girl at the front desk was rude in phone and in person. There are enough dentists in Knoxville...I would recommend driving past this one.

My family went to this office since it was our assigned provider. There was some kind of confusion with my appointment and I missed my appointment. They did not call with a reminder, which could of avoided my missed appointment. I could not schedule a cleaning with this office for another 10-11 months due to their already booked schedule. I thought this was unreasonable, then they told me they would not see me and I had to see another dentist for a cleaning. Office staff was rude and not flexible at all. No one should have to wait a year for a cleaning! Needless to say my entire family will not be returning here!

I switched over to Parkway Dental after have seen a "country dentist" for 3 years whom I thought was to rough with the cleaning and maybe not competent. I haven't had any cavities in at least 25 years and no major problems. When I saw Dr Lovely he said I had to put in a crown and had to replace 4 fillings. I was quite chocked. I went to a different dentist to get a second opinon and he informed me that I did not have to replace any fillings and no need to put in a crown at this point. I'm going back to my "country dentist" who doesn't try to take advantage and do work that is not neccessary. My husband always warns me of dentists who try to take advantage and that was my experience with dentist Lovely.

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

My first visit to Parkway Dental was a year ago, along with the rest of my family of 6. We all had our exams after waiting an excessive amount of time. Dr. Lovely was OK but offered a terrible bedside manner. I went back a few weeks later for a cleaning. The hygienist was very rough and even chipped one of my teeth while scraping. I called the office back 3 weeks ago to make an appointment & was disconnected. No One returned my call. I called back over a week ago during business hours & left a voicemail...Still no returned call. I called this morning and asked to speak with the office manager & got Jessica Lovely. What a waste of time. She was even worse than anyone else I had previously spoken to. The office has been in the process of changing billing systems & it took them a year to get my family's bill sent to us. I literally received the bill 3 days ago & while on the phone with Jessica Lovely,she gave me a hard time about the bill not yet being paid. She talked down to me. I will be asking for my records to take to another office where I will expect to be treated with courtesy & respect....
