I was hoping to get some sample toothbrushes or toothpaste after my appointment, but I didn't get anything. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping the hygienist's interaction with patients. My granddaughter said that although she felt comfortable with the dentist, she felt scolded by the hygienist for not flossing. She also said the hygienist hurt her while cleaning her teeth. There has been no attempt to follow up with me after her appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. Any response I get may determine if I return to this office.
