My experience with this office has been a good one with a few exceptions. The office staff called me "sweetheart", "sweetie", or "darl'in" about 20 times in the 15 minutes I was there. They also called everyone that they spoke with on the phone the "sweetie" names which I feel is very unprofessional. I understand and appreciate their friendliness, but some people do not like being referred to in this manner. I am one of those. I work in healthcare and we actually train our staff to NOT use these references when speaking with patients or their families. Also, I dropped in their office with my daughter one morning because she had a wire poking her lip in the front and they would not see her. They insisted (while calling me sweetheart a dozen times) that they were sorry but they do not take "walk-ins". I was told at our consultation that any time we had an issue we could run by and they would snip wires, whatever we needed to get us to our next appointment. Not the case! They told us to put the dental wax over the piece that was bothering her until our next appointment. I was not happy with this at all. Other than these 2 issues, we have been happy with the office. Great office hours, great payment arrangements and quick office visits.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

My appointments are kept by the doctor. I have never felt the need to go elsewhere because I trust this doctor. I was given a polite greeting when I approached the check-in counter. It was treated nicely. I plan on returning to this orthodontist for all family needs. I had a very good, and they were the kind of doctor's office I like. Parking was not a problem.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. The office was easy enough to find. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
