This dental office and its employees are completely incompetent especially the billing office. My family visited the office several times. My wife received a crown that had a black particle in it and was told nothing could be done about. We had 2 different insurances coverages at the time. The billing office was completely clueless on how to properly bill the insurance companies. I would recieve a bill only once a year. I would call and explain in detail to the billing personel over and over what they needed to do. I was promised that they would take care of it but never did. They never did file the proper insurance work and let several years pass. It has now been over 2 years and the 12 months insurance deadline has passed for filing a claim. The office is now suing me for a bill that clearly would have been paid if they had only done what they said they would and should have done. If you want an insurance and billing nightmare you've found the right place. Believe it or not but don't say you weren't warned!

Like the doctor and staff but you better have insurance. If not, you get charged waaaayyyy higher.

They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.
