Not very good service. Would not recommend. You have to pay a portion up front and if insurance covers more it is hard to get your money back from them. They always want to take a message and call you back but they will never return phone calls. They file insurance through the USPS so it takes 10 times as long just for your insurance to go through.

On the day of surgery I arrived 15 mins before I was scheduled to be there and nobody was at the doctors office. 5 mins til someone showed up and at that time I was told he was sick, after having to be driven an hour there and taking off work all I received was a "Sorry"

The oral surgery part I have no problem with. It went fine once it was actually done.

Their customer service is definitely lacking!!

Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me

Not really, they gave me a little information beforehand but not very much

Absolutely Not! He/She always looks like a slob.
