They were very considerate and concerned tfor my child's well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. He said he did not feel pain during the surgery. I called the office after the surgery to answer a question and the doctor on call was quick to call me back

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.
