They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I'm really excited that they have come further with their technology. It appears that everything is computerized, including bite x-rays. My only recommendation would be that they add a Panoramic X-Ray machine to use instead of bite type. Great job overall. Thank you!

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate?
Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable
