No, I didn't receive anything at all

Basically if you are a working person, this dentist IS NOT FOR YOU. The first consultation is just an appt to meet with the dentist and to take xrays, they charge $67.00 for this and your insurance company may not cover all of it. Then you have to make ANOTHER appt to come in for a cleaning, if you need morning or afternoon hours FORGET IT.
The office staff are very condecending, overall not a good experience.
Definitely not the place to go for people that work!

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
