I Just came back from Faye-West Dental in Scottdale, Pa I waited a long time to get an appt. it was a nightmare. When I called for a appt. I told the lady I will be paying out-of-pocket so can you tell me the cost? She gave me a price and I was prepared to pay that price but when I went into the patients room the first thing they said to me we need x-rays (additional) also not included in the price she gave me was exam she never mentioned any of that on the phone because I already had x-rays I could of brought with me if she would of said the additional costs. I drove 30 miles one way for this appt. only to walk out. And the best part is they were not very nice upon leaving. I would never go back nor would I approve anyone to go to this Dentist I hate to see what they charge Dental Insurances.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. It's very reassuring to know that they are recommended by other dentists. It gives me confidence that I'm going to a professional. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
