They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.

Marvin Dash was rude and tried to crack jokes. Who wants jokes when they are having a dental procedure. Also wanted me to pay upfront and not go through my insurance. claims I would get my money back when the claim was filed. It's been two weeks and they still haven't submitted the claim.

Also was rough and uncaring. Treated me like an outcast. wanted me to pay before services were rendered. Lousy treatment at best!!

Absolutely!
Was the waiting area spacious?
No, but I can always find a seat

Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left

No, but I was able to read a magazine

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment?
Yes, but it stopped within a few hours

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need

No, I was in pain, but they said I didn't need it

Absolutely not, the office was disgusting

Definitely not. It was way too cold

Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment
