The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on my children and they never take personal calls during our appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They are very friendly and easy going with the kids and make them feel safe every time.

They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. My teeth cleaning didn't feel rushed at all. They always take the time to make sure they are thorough. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
